Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Purchase Options:
We offer the following ways to enjoy our coffee:

In-Store Purchases: Enjoy coffee, pastries, and more at our location.

Online Orders: Order ahead for pickup or delivery via our website or app.

Subscriptions: Get your favorite beans or brews delivered on your schedule.

Cancellations & Changes:

In-Store Orders: Once prepared, in-store orders cannot be canceled. If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know immediately and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Online Orders: You may cancel or modify your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After that, the order is already being prepared and cannot be changed.

Subscriptions: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

Refunds & Store Credit:
If your order was incorrect or did not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll gladly offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
