  • Free Shipping is available on all orders shipped within the continental United States (48 states).
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, order volume, or carrier conditions.

International Shipping

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • The least expensive available shipping carrier at the best price based on destination, package size, and service availability.
  • International delivery times vary by country and carrier.
  • Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their destination country.

Shipping to South Korea (Important Customs Notice)

  • South Korean Customs requires mandatory personal identification for all shipments entering South Korea. Failure to provide accurate information may result in shipment delays, holds, or returns.

Requirements by Customer Type

  • Korean Nationals
    You must provide a valid Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) during checkout.
    You can obtain or verify your PCCC at the official Korean Customs portal:
    https://unipass.customs.go.kr/per/persIndex.do
  • Foreign Residents (Non-Korean Nationals, e.g., U.S. Citizens)
    Please enter your passport number in the PCCC pop-up field during checkout when prompted.
  • South Korean Customs mandates this information for all shipments. MarezCafe cannot ship orders to South Korea without the required customs identification.

  • A Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is an identification number issued by Korean Customs to individuals receiving international shipments into South Korea.

❓ Who needs a PCCC?

  • Korean nationals must provide a PCCC.
  • Foreign residents shipping to South Korea must provide their passport number instead.

❓ When will I be asked for this information?

  • You will be prompted to enter the required information during checkout if your shipping address is in South Korea.

❓ What happens if I don’t provide the correct information?

       Orders with missing or incorrect customs information may be:

  • Delayed by customs
  • Held until corrected
  • Returned to sender

       Any additional costs or delays caused by incorrect customs information are the         customer’s responsibility.
